1. Services Provided

Everything Wallpaper Interior provides:

● Sale of wallcoverings, photo murals, wall panels, and related products
● Professional measurement and consultation services
● Professional installation services by vetted installers on their installation skill
● Delivery within Africa (Lagos (Nigeria), Abuja (Nigeria), and other locations as specified)

2. Orders and Pricing

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details. Full payment is required before delivery or installation begins.

Custom Orders: Custom photo murals and made-to-measure products require 100% payment upfront. Note: Delivery fee applies for photo-murals from the our preffered logistics company's location in your state to your pickup location.

3. 7-30 Day Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. If you have been sent the wrong order you have 48 hours from the delivery date to request a refund.

Eligible for Full Refund:

● Wrong items delivered (not what you ordered)

Note: In a situation were you want match our product with an already existing furniture in terms of color, please note you are advised to visit the store with a sample of said furniture to match the colors together before making a purchase.

Not Eligible for Refund:

● Products that have been opened, installed, or partially used
● Custom or made-to-order products (photo murals with your images, custom sizes)
● Clearance or sale items

Important Note on Installation:

We are not affliated (i.e they do not work for us directly) with any installer. We only vet their installation expertise. You are expected to protect your properties & monitor the installation to make sure that it is installed to your taste as we (Everything Wallpaper Interior LTD) will not be liable to any lose of property or installation damages.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+234 805 823 3394) or email with your order number
2. Provide photos of the issue (if claiming defect or damage)
3. We'll review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, we'll arrange pickup (for returns) or send a replacement
5. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Installation Services

Professional Installation: We are not affliated (i.e they do not work for us directly) with any installer. We only vet their installation expertise. You are expected to protect your properties & monitor the installation to make sure that it is installed to your taste as we (Everything Wallpaper Interior LTD) will not be liable to any lose of property or installation damages.

Measurement-First Approach: We strongly recommend professional measurement before ordering. This ensures accurate material quantities and reduces waste.

6. Product Quality & Warranties

Quality Standards: All products meet industry standards for residential and commercial use. Specific durability and washability vary by product type.

Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate colors, but screen variations may occur. Note: In a situation were you want to match our product with an already existing furniture in terms of color, please note you are advised to visit the store with a sample of said furniture to match the colors together before making a purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Everything Wallpaper Interior is not liable for:

● Damage to walls or property during self-installation
● Color fading due to excessive sunlight or improper maintenance
● Product performance issues caused by improper installation
● Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, supplier issues, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos, designs) is the property of Everything Wallpaper Interior or its suppliers. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

For custom photo murals using your own images, you warrant that you have the right to use those images and grant us permission to print and install them.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Trademarks

Everything Wallpaper Interior LTD is a registered trademark in Nigeria. All content, designs, logos, product images, and materials displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Everything Wallpaper Interior and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

The use of our trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, or any other proprietary materials without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to reproduction, distribution, modification, or display of our intellectual property for commercial purposes.
